Our head office is based in the centre of Hull near the local bus and railway station. We also have an outreach service in the Riverside area of Hull and also in Grimsby.
Appointments
If you wish to make an appointment please ring (01482) 226677.
You will be asked a few questions, such as
- whether you would prefer a male or female counsellor?
- what would be the most convenient time for you to come for an appointment?
- whether it is okay to leave a message on the contact number you have given us?
You will not be asked to go into any details about what has happened to you. We will then arrange an appointment for you as soon as possible.

Perhaps you wish to refer a family member or friend or just need to ask some questions about what we do or what happens in therapy. We shall of course be happy to answer any questions you may have about our organisation.
